The building was built in 2015 on the site of a former Soviet military airbase in the town of Omsk, where construction has ceased in the aftermath of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster.

The new building, which will be named “Building 4,” is expected to be completed in 2022.

The Russian government is considering whether or not to award the building to the country’s State Duma, a body that is the upper house of the Russian parliament, to build on top of.

According to the website of the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the building “has been used for numerous purposes including building infrastructure, industrialization, agriculture and agricultural research.”

This includes the construction of a new military airfield and the construction and operation of new roads, railways and roads, the website reads.

The Ministry of Defense has been asked to determine whether the building is eligible for state financing.

“The construction of Building 4 is an important milestone in the ongoing construction of the future capital of the Republic of Georgia,” said Alexander Yakovlev, Minister of Defense and the head of the State Datalab.

The construction of this building was also featured in the new film, “Sputnik 2.”

The film, which was released on December 2, depicts the aftermath to the Chernovogorsk nuclear disaster, including the construction project of a second nuclear power plant in the city.

The film features an unnamed director and actor.

“Spartacus” star and actor Tom Hardy, who plays “The Spartan” in the film, was filmed in the building during filming.

In the film’s second act, Hardy appears in a photograph with the building in a scene filmed at the site.
